Essential Supplies, Delivered

Food & Water Assistance

HHCS provides food, water, and other essential supplies during community outreach based on available resources and current needs.

Hygiene Essentials

Hygiene kits and essential personal care items may be provided during outreach based on availability.

Clothing Assistance

HHCS provides donated clothing and seasonally appropriate items when available, including clothing that may help individuals prepare for changing weather conditions.

Assistance is based on available resources, eligibility requirements, and partner availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee financial assistance, shelter placement, housing, benefits, or other services.
