Essential Needs Assistance
HHCS meets people where they are by providing compassionate outreach, food, water, clothing, hygiene supplies, essential items, and connections to available community resources.
We help individuals identify appropriate community resources and connect with organizations providing housing, healthcare, behavioral health services, benefits, employment assistance, transportation, and other support. Veterans may also receive specialized navigation to VA and veteran specific resources.
HHCS provides essential supplies and practical assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability, based on available resources and identified needs.
