Veteran Housing Resources
We connect eligible veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability with veteran housing resources and community partners, including programs such as HUD VASH and Supportive Services for Veteran Families. Eligibility, availability, and placement are determined by the appropriate agencies and program providers.
Military Records & Document Assistance
We help veterans identify resources for obtaining important military and personal documents, including DD 214 records, identification documents, and other paperwork that may be needed to access benefits and services.
Healthcare & Wellness Connections
We help connect veterans with VA healthcare, Vet Centers, behavioral health resources, substance use recovery services, and other appropriate community providers based on individual needs and eligibility.
